Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
– Product Damage: The product must have arrived damaged.
– Missing Product: The product must have gone missing during transit.
Proof of Damage or Loss
To process a refund request, strong proof must be provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Photographic evidence of the damage to the product upon arrival.
– Documentation or communication from the shipping carrier indicating the loss of the product during transit.
Investigation
All refund claims will be duly investigated to verify the validity of the request. This is to ensure that the claims are genuine and to prevent fraudulent activities.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be placed within two weeks (including weekends) of receiving the product(s). Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not offer refunds on fueling services.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Only products that are damaged upon arrival are eligible for returns. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all components included.
