Fulgur Energy offers a range of products and services, including equipment for the oil and gas industry and fuel procurement services. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products and services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered only if the product arrived damaged or went missing in transit. All refund requests must be accompanied by strong proof, such as photographic evidence of damage or documentation indicating the loss of the product.

Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be placed within two weeks (including weekends) of receiving the product(s). Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Investigation and Discretion
All refund claims will be duly investigated. Fulgur Energy reserves the right to decide not to issue a refund even after evidence is provided. We also reserve the right to not disclose our reasons for such decisions if we choose not to.

Exclusions
Refunds are not offered for fueling services.

Self-Shipping Clause

Buyers who choose to ship their orders themselves to their locations absolve Fulgur Energy from any responsibilities related to issues such as damaged or missing shipments. Such buyers are NOT eligible for returns and refunds. We are only responsible for shipments made using our shipping services.

Returns
Only products that are damaged upon arrival are eligible for returns. To initiate a return, contact support@fulgurenergy.com A return address and further instructions will be provided.

4. Termination of Contracts
Fulgur Energy reserves the right to terminate customer and partnership contracts at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to not disclose our reasons for such terminations if we choose not to.

5. Limitation of Liability
Fulgur Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

6. Changes to Terms
Fulgur Energy reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
